When you walk through our doors at 9 Rhiw Road, you are not just receiving a parcel of essentials—you are entering a warm, safe space where you will be treated with the utmost dignity, kindness, and respect.

We believe that true support goes beyond simply filling a larder, which is why the Hwb is designed as a place of holistic care. Alongside providing nutritious food parcels, our friendly team is always here to offer a listening ear, a comforting chat, or help connecting you with wider support organisations and advice services. No matter what circumstances have brought you to us, you do not have to navigate them alone. We are proud to stand alongside our neighbours, ensuring that everyone in Colwyn Bay has access to both the food they need and the community care they deserve.

Donate food regulary from our residential building, Tom is very pleasant and helpful and does a great job within the community, he seems to have a good rappour with people and is very accommodating, he shows appreciation for every donation that he receives

My daughter spent an hour in the sensory room this afternoon, was great. She really enjoyed having the room to her self and being able to use the equipment. Definitely something we needed in the area 🙂 looking forward to taking her again next week. Thanks 🙂

Hall Hire

Our large, spacious community hall is available to hire for a wide range of occasions. The hall is bright, flexible, and suitable for both one-off bookings and regular hire.

Sensory Room

Our fully equipped Sensory Room provides a calm, safe, and relaxing environment for children and adults who may benefit from sensory stimulation or a peaceful space.
